Email notifications:
1. Check Settings → Notifications — the toggles you want must be on
2. Check your spam folder
3. Make sure hello@mealeaseai.com is in your contacts
Push notifications:
Push is in beta — it's coming soon but not fully wired up yet. For now, rely on email + in-app nudges.
