What is strict mode?
Hard budget cap vs. soft guardrail.

Soft mode (default): We show warnings when you're close to or over budget, but Autopilot can still suggest meals that exceed it.
Strict mode: Autopilot will refuse to generate any plan that goes over your weekly budget. If nothing fits, we'll tell you and suggest you raise the budget.
Toggle in Settings → Budget → Strict mode. Most households start soft and stay soft.
